Queen City Brass Quintet 

The Queen City Quintet is made up of some of Denver's finest freelance musicians and has a variety of musical offerings. The QCQuintet is perfect for small to large rooms, and requires no chairs or amplification equipment. 

QCBQ Programs include:

-Quintet recital: challenging and intricate music best suited for a seated concert

-Pop & Jazz: fun mix of music for a light concert or background for your party or event

-Christmas Season: warm, nostalgic, and joyful program for the Holiday Season!

-Americana: popular Americana music for patriotic events

-Wedding and other ceremonial music 

 

Colfax Ave. Parade Band

The Colfax Ave. Parade Band brings the sound and spirit of New Orleans to the Mile High City. This lively band is great for outdoor concerts or parties and can be the amazing surprise moment of your event by leading a traditional NoLa jazz parade known as a “second line”

 

Lorentz/Lopez Flute & Guitar Duo

Kassandra Lopez and Ethan Lorentz are Denver’s premiere flute and guitar duo, performing music from challenging modern works to the greatest hits of pop and classical. The duo is perfect for seated concerts but also makes great, low-volume background music for events in smaller spaces. 

 

Queen City Jazz Orchestra 

The QCJO is a 12 piece “mini big band” playing everything from the classic swing hits of Glenn Miller and Ellington to the modern jazz of Chick Corea, Stan Kenton, and beyond. QCJO is great for a seated concert, but best enjoyed during a swinging big band dance night or classy black tie gala.
